Turn your ideas into action. The Young People For (YP4) fellowship is a leadership development program focusing on identifying, engaging and empowering young progressive leaders.

The core of the program is a one-year fellowship that equips college students with the skills and resources necessary to create lasting change on their campuses and in their communities.

The fellowship kicks off with a five-day Summit in Washington, D.C., where 200 fellows connect with other progressive leaders, attend skill-building workshops, learn about powerful strategies and tactics for sustainable social change, and strategize for the future. Check out videos from the most recent Summit — and meet some fellows — at www.youtube.com/youngpeoplefor.

Throughout the fellowship, you’ll be offered financial support, technical support and media assistance while implementing a meaningful Blueprint for Social Justice project of your own design.

Learn more and nominate yourself or a friend for the 2010 fellowship at www.youngpeoplefor.org/fellowship.

Young People For is a program of People For the American Way Foundation.
